Apom Balik 慢煎糕


買了個不沾鍋
先做滿煎糕來試鍋

麵粉 100;粘米粉 50;
白糖 50 (較脆口)
蘇打粉 1/2 小匙;
鹽 少許
甜豆漿 200

餡料是花生、糖、玉蜀黍

好吃👍
